The South of England Agricultural Society has Christmas wrapped up this year as it prepares to finish the events season in style with its Festive Food & Drink Fayre. A one-stop shop to pick up local Christmas delights with festive fun to suit everyone all under one roof.
Spread across two floors of the Norfolk Pavilion with a fantastic variety of regional foods, gifts and stocking fillers, the Fayre offers the perfect escape from the hassles of the high street. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming for all members of the family and with ample free parking visitors are not pressured to rush and instead can relax and enjoy the start of the festive season.
Catering for the most splendid of seasonal spreads over the Christmas holidays, shoppers will be able to choose from an abundance of preserves and pickles, traditional mince pies and farmhouse cheeses. Look out for mouthwatering sausages and hams from Grasmere Farm and succulent Kelly Bronze turkeys, which can be ordered for Christmas at the show.
With a multitude of trade stands ranging from cookware to festive hampers, even the most unusual shopping requests will be able to be ticked off the list. Choose from 14 flavours of curry sauces or indulge in some raw chocolate treats, dip into honeybee products or discover the warmth of mulled punch and ginger wine – there is something for everyone throughout the festive weekend.
