The South of England Agricultural Society is offering you an unrivalled opportunity to become a trade exhibitor at this exciting event, which merges our regionally leading Autumn Show & Game Fair and the hugely successful South of England Horse Trials.
The Autumn Show has long been one of our most popular events, bringing together an audience of adults and families for a two-day celebration of the countryside, harvest and country sports. This year, we are expecting a raft of visitors, coming to enjoy top international riders tackle the cross-country course and other disciplines, as well as browse all the quality trade stands this show is synonymous with.
Our unique location surrounded by large urban and rural communities is reflected in the wide and varied demographic of visitors to the Show.

An unrivalled trading opportunity

The Autumn Show & Horse Trials offers traders an excellent opportunity to get their products in front of 18,000+ potential customers whilst simultaneously helping the South of England Agricultural Society to raise valuable funds – which will support agricultural education and countryside learning across the region.

There are a number of spaces available for exhibitor booking:

Outside space

Our open space stands are located on grass, and face onto tarmac roadways. You will need to make your own arrangements for appropriate cover of space. The minimum size stand is 4m x 3m, with a cost per metre of £11.05.

Food Hall

Located in our Queen’s Jubilee building, the Food Hall is one of the most popular areas at the Show. Minimum unit sizes start at 2m x 3m, with stand costs starting from £183.90 plus VAT. They are all open space with concrete floors – you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. Sussex producers are entitled to discounted rates.

Norfolk Pavilion

Stands within our Norfolk Pavilion are specifically intended for exhibitors with smaller items or products that are not suited to outside space. They are all open space sites with carpeted flooring – you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. Minimum unit sizes start at 2m x 2m, and stand costs start from £155.40 plus VAT.

Robins Building

Back by popular demand, stands within our Robins Building (an open-fronted barn) are intended for exhibitors with smaller items, or products that are not suited to outside space. Located in the middle of the showground, it gets exhibitors right in the middle of the action. They are all open space sites, so you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. Minimum unit sizes start at 2m x 3m, with stand costs starting from £168.30 plus VAT.
