Mobiloo High Dependency Unit

Mobiloo High Dependency Unit (HDU) for severely disabled adults and children will be providing ‘Dignified Changing for Everyone’ with a mobile toilet with hoist and changing table at the South of England Show. Please bring your own sling if you wish to use the hoist. The unit will be located inside the Showground at Green Gate for the Show and will have an attendant available. Please note, whilst the attendant will know how all the Mobiloo equipment works and may advise on its use, he/she is not available to offer any personal care to users of the facilities. For more information about Mobiloo please visit www.mobiloo.org.uk.

Carers can come to the South of England Show free of charge when attending with the paying adult that they care for (valid carer documentation required). In the case of a disabled child, entry is free for children under 16 when they attend with a paying adult, so in this case the carer would be required to pay for their own ticket, unless accompanied by another fee paying adult.
