The South of England Show 2020 is the region’s premier Country Show, attracting 65,000+ visitors from all over the country across the three days of the Show on 11–13 June 2020. ACCESSIBLE TO BUSINESSES LARGE OR SMALL
The South of England Show has a variety of exhibiting options, from outdoor open space to indoor food hall units available throughout the Showground.
Options available include:
Outside Space – Open space stands are located on grass and face onto tarmac roadways. You will need to make your own arrangements for appropriate cover of space. These are divided into 3 different zones, please check the exhibitor pack for more details. Registered charities, Agricultural and Nursery exhibitors are entitled to discounted rates.
Food Hall & Food Village – Located in our Queen’s Jubilee building, the Food Hall is one of our most popular areas at the Show. Minimum unit sizes start at 2 x 3m and are priced from £261 +VAT. They are all open space with concrete floors – you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. The Food Village is adjacent to the Food Hall and consists of 3 x 3m covered bays & cost £299 plus vat per bay.
Wine Walk – Located adjacent to the Members Pavilion, these 3 x 3m shedded bays offer English Wine producers the perfect opportunity to show case their wines to visitors. With two pricing options depending on whether you prefer to sell by the bottle or glass. Prices start from £299 plus vat.
Covered stand options – There are a number of different options of covered stand options for all budgets. The Shopping Parades are designed for companies selling smaller or more delicate items that prefer to be under cover. Our Floored shedding bays are designed for high-quality stands that want the benefits and prestige of the proximity to the main ring and member’s enclosure.
The South of England Show is one of the fastest selling country shows in the UK. We offer an excellent level of flexibility and accessibility, with a transparent pricing structure and responsive customer support.
