An unrivalled trading opportunity

The South of England Show is one of the fastest selling agricultural shows in the UK. We offer an excellent level of flexibility and accessibility, with a transparent pricing structure and responsive customer support. We welcome businesses both large and small, and encourage our exhibitors to book early to ensure they receive the best available sites.

The South of England Show has a variety of exhibiting options, from outdoor open space to indoor food hall units available throughout the Showground.

Options available include:

Outside space

Open space stands are located on grass, and face onto tarmac roadways. You will need to make your own arrangements for appropriate cover of space. These are divided into three different zones, so please check the exhibitor pack for more details. Registered charities, equestrian suppliers and agricultural and nursery exhibitors are entitled to discounted rates. Prices start from £345 plus VAT.

Village Garden

A dedicated area for plant/flower sellers within the horticultural area of the show. Prices from £136.50 plus VAT.

Food Hall & Food Village

Located in our Queen’s Jubilee building, the Food Hall is one of the most popular areas at the Show. Minimum unit sizes start at 2m x 3m and are priced from £293.60 plus VAT. They are all open space with concrete floors, so you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. The Food Village is adjacent to the Food Hall and consists of 3m x 3m covered bays, with costs starting at £337.90 plus VAT per bay.

Grape & Grain/Gin Alley

These 3m x 3m shed-style bays offer English wine producers, local microbreweries and regional gin distilleries the perfect opportunity to showcase their products to visitors. We offer two pricing options depending on whether you prefer to sell by the bottle or glass. Prices start from £337.90 plus VAT.

Covered stand options

There are a variety of covered stand options for all budgets. The Shopping Parade is designed for companies selling smaller or more delicate items that prefer to be under cover. Our floored shedding bays are designed for high-quality stands that want the benefits and prestige of the proximity to the main ring and members’ enclosure. Prices start from £430.50 plus VAT.

Made in Sussex Parade

A dedicated area for producers and growers from Sussex to showcase their products, and to highlight to all our visitors what amazing things this county produces. Price at £315 plus VAT.
