Josh is a talented musician from Brighton. He performs with an incredible intensity that transfixes audiences. Having performed in various bands over the years and toured the country he is set to provide some upbeat acoustic tunes on the stage at South of England Show. Mixing pop with folk and rock, taking inspiration from John Mayer, The Lumineers and many Nashville bands the music he produces is truly wonderful to hear.
Clea Llewellyn is a rootsy soul veteran. Discovered by former Public Image Limited bassist and world-music aficionado Jah Wobble, she toured the USA, Canada and Europe (including big name festivals such as Bestival and WOMAD) and wrote with him from 2005 until 2011.
In 2016, Clea leant her vocals, melodies and lyrics to the Chasing Demons album project by up and coming London trip-hop band, London Sky. She is currently working with a new band, and writing her second album, due for release later this year.
HighTide have gained momentum and a following across Kent and beyond, writing original folk-pop numbers and creating blistering unique covers. They perform genuinely exciting and intimate gigs, and have a unique and highly approachable rapport with their audiences. They believe that every show should have the same impact, and therefore approach every gig with the same unrivalled energy and charm.
ORFILA are a UK country trio consisting of siblings Abi, Louise and Matt Orfila from Folkestone in Kent; their music has developed since their inception in 2012 to an original, distinctive sound with superb three part harmonies firmly rooted in the country music genre.
