The Autumn Show has long been one of our most popular events with 18,000+ visitors over two days. This year, on 24th & 25th September. we are expecting an even bigger audience and raft of new visitors, coming to enjoy top International riders tackle the cross country course and other disciplines, as well as browse all the quality trade stands this show is synonymous with. Along with the traditional Autumn Show audience of adults and families for a two-day celebration of the countryside, harvest and country sports.

AN UNRIVALLED TRADING OPPORTUNITY
The Autumn Show & International Horse Trials offers traders a captivating opportunity to get their products in front of 18,000+ potential customers whilst simultaneously helping to support the South of England Agricultural Society raise valuable funds that help it support agricultural education and countryside learning across the region.
Options available include:
Outside Space – Open space stands are located on grass and face onto tarmac roadways. You will need to make your own arrangements for appropriate cover of space. Minimum size stand is 4 x 3m. Stand costs starting from £123 plus vat. Registered charities, Agricultural and Nursery exhibitors are entitled to discounted rates.
Food Hall – Located in our Queen’s Jubilee building, the Food Hall is one of our most popular areas at the Show. Minimum unit sizes start at 2 x 3m. Stand costs starting from £171 plus vat. They are all open space with concrete floors – you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. Sussex producers are entitled to discounted rates.
Norfolk Pavilion – Stands within our Norfolk Pavilion are specifically intended for exhibitors with smaller items or products that are not suited to outside space. They are all open space sites with carpeted flooring – you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. Minimum unit sizes start at 2 x 2m. Stand costs starting from £145 plus vat.
Robins Building – Back by popular demand stands within our Robins Building (open fronted barn) are intended for exhibitors with smaller items or products that are not suited to outside space, located in the middle of the showground, it does not offer the luxury of the Norfolk Pavilion, but gets exhibitors in the middle of the action. They are all open space sites – you will need to provide your own screening materials etc. Minimum unit sizes start at 2 x 3m. Stand costs starting from £156 plus vat
