Shows

General Information

Opening Times

The Show is open daily from 0830 hours to approximately 1900 hours.

Baby Changing

This facility is available in the Norfolk Pavilion (Members' Facility), Blue Gate Toilet Block, Red Gate Toilet Block, the Queen’s Jubilee Hall Toilet Block and the Eco-Toilet Block.

Cash Machines

Located in Blocks 9 (Blue Gate).

Catering

Public catering facilities around the showground offer a wide range of food at The Bolney Tavern Restaurant and at several food courts around the showground.

Disabled Toilets

These can be found in the Queen’s Jubilee Hall, Red Gate Toilet Block, Blue Gate Toilet Block, the Eco-Toilet Block and in the Norfolk Pavilion (Members' Facility).

Dogs

Members of the public are advised not to bring dogs to the Show. Please do not leave dogs in cars. Dogs will not be permitted into livestock or equestrian areas or into any of the buildings, marquees, or members’ facilities.

First Aid

There are British Red Cross First Aid posts operating around the showground and these are marked clearly on the map.

Grandstand Seating

Society members Lindfield Stand – reserved seats £3.00.

Public – Non reserved seats in front of the Heath Suite – Free.

Lost Children/Adults

All lost children and adults will be taken to the Church Tent (Block 44)

Lost Property

The Society accepts no responsibility for articles lost. Please contact the WRVS Organisers office at Block 24.

Meeting Point

There is a meeting point in the Farming and Wildlife Area (Block 22).

Organisers Office

The South of England Agricultural Society Office is opposite the Heath Suite next to Block 8.

Overseas Visitors

Overseas visitors are welcome to visit the International & Overseas Visitors Pavilion (Block 7) and will be given an Overseas Visitor badge which allows entrance into the Norfolk Pavilion.

Passouts

Visitors may return to their car at any time during the Show by obtaining a pass-out stamp available at each entrance gate.

Photography

Photographs can be viewed and purchased through the Societys' photographer's Web site after the show at www.steverobards.co.uk.

Picnic/seating areas

There are picnic and seating areas around the food courts and in the Picnic Wood by 8th Avenue (Block 39).

Telephones

Public telephones can be found in the Bolney Farm area near to the Cattle Building.

Toilets

Toilet facilities are located throughout the showground and are identified on the showground map.

Transport (Public)

Bus: Pickup and drop-off point is at the Prince’s Gate, Selsfield Road.

Bus Number: 88. The special bus service runs between the Show and Hayward Heath railway station forecourt. Click here for more information.

Rail: Haywards Heath mainline Station is approximately 4 miles from the Showground.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchair loan is available from the British Red Cross First Aid Posts at Blue and Green Gate public entrances. See also special page for Disabled Facilities. Please call 01435 861102. A £25 deposit will be required.

Care Centres Limited will be providing powered wheelchair loan/hire.  Please call 01903 821515 for pre-booking.  Care Centres Limited are located at Site Block 10 Stand A close to Blue Gate.

Better Life Mobility will also be providing powered wheelchair loan/hire and can be contacted on 01342 717403 for pre-booking.  Better Life Mobility are located at Site Block 15 Stand A close to Green Gate.
