Welcome
Sussex Bull

The South of England Agricultural Society, a registered charity, was founded in 1967 with the acquisition of its 150 acre venue – The South of England Centre, Ardingly, Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Major shows are organised throughout the year, including the Society’s flagship event, The South of England Show.  Other events including seminars, conferences and educational activities are hosted in support of the Society’s objectives.

The educational programme provides support for a wide range of projects to promote an understanding of agriculture and the countryside.  The Society also forges alliances with the European farming community through the unique International Farmlink scheme.

In furtherance of the Society’s objectives additional focus is being given to the promotion and use of local and British produce.  Future projects will include environmental and sustainable energy aspects.

Our web site offers a wealth of information covering all aspects of the Society.  Please feel free to look around our site.  We welcome your suggestions and feedback - please click here.
